Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and delicate fragrances are securely cushioned for transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
